About
I am a young Cameroonian with a Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences and a certificate in gender and gender-based violence, sustainable development and current environmental issues. Since January 2021, I am working as a Technical advisor for a local NGO fighting Gender-Based Violence, improving the living conditions of local communities, combating deforestation and preserving the rights of Pygmies. As well as managing projects, I am also responsible for implementing environmental and social policies.
I'm a volunteer for an NGO, where I act as a mentor and educational and community coach for young graduates, and for people living with disabilities.
I am a volunteer writer for Right for Education Africa and president of the Cameroon section of Right for Education Africa. My job is to write educational articles on environmental and human rights issues. I have already published 7 articles, which you can find on the Right for Education Africa platform.
I am also an Online volunteer for the United Nations. Furthermore, I am writing articles and blogs. And I'm a support agent, helping people to find solutions to the various problems we face.
My greatest achievements have been:
1-Teaching vulnerable people to read and write.
2- I led a project that brought together 500 members of the community to plant 10,000 trees.
3-I raised public awareness of green charcoal until they were making and using green charcoal instead of firewood.
4- I have educated and trained a 200 group of rural women on sustainable agriculture and GBV, with the result that 20% of these women report a significant improvement in their condition and 50% are now relay agents.
I love to learn, and I love even more to feel useful and involved in noble battles. My aim is to educate and raise awareness, not only about gender issues and environmental challenges, but also about all the current issues we face.
