Catastrophic floods take over Libya as the death toll reaches 11,000. Authorities are investigating the collapse of two dams that have caused a flood, killing over 11,00 people. There is a growing fear that the real number of deaths is close to 20,000. Four bridges and two dams have collapsed. Half a year's rainfall fell in 24 hours. Families have been washed out to sea. Armies are collecting bodies as they wash up on the shore.
