SUMMARY
Sexual harassment and gender-based violence are signs of institutional failure. In education institutions like Makerere University, victims may see their academic careers stunted or destroyed and thus the vicious cycle of poverty and moral decadence is made to continue indefinitely. So, this is a collective effort involving all stakeholders to work together and eliminate this repulsive conduct out of Uganda and level the ground for all gender prosperity.
