Summary
With their combined growth, sizable populations, and plentiful resources, the BRIC countries—Brazil, Russia, India, and China—have the potential to become a dominant economic force on the global stage. However, they deal with issues like limited military and soft power, sluggish growth, institutional flaws, and inadequate social services. Their economic growth coincides with major global economic crises, which raises concerns about their influence on global governance and the economy. According to projections, China's economy will overtake the rest of the world's economies by 2050. The size of their populations, ongoing poverty, rapid growth, and allure to foreign capital make these economies crucial to study. These emerging economic powerhouses and their implications for the global economic landscape are the focus of this study, which is based on secondary data.
