Summary:

Inequality between men and women is visible in different areas. Even though it has improved, the difference in salaries is still a concern nowadays. Womens with the same qualifications and working in the same position as men receive less than them worldwide. There are many reasons reported for this but none is valid. To make a change about that we need to understand what led to this difference.
