Unlike some countries, due to economic impact, the government has imposed sanctions on how many children or family one should make. As such, the cost of bearing a family of three is quite affordable without hitches, depending on the kind of job, parent(s) find themselves. Children are gifts from God and so they should be treated as such. Having a mother or a father is the greatest gift every child could ever have. Some children don't get to see their mother or father after birth, which is so sad. As such, when there is no family to take care of that, they are then sent to children's home for care. This then determines their upbringing. Though they don't get to feel the real love of a mother and a father but they have a secondary parental choice.
