During the festival Power our Planet, by the NGO Global Citizen, the Brazilian president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva made a speech for a large crowd in front of the Eiffel Tower, shedding a light on the rich countries for the climate crisis. The president told the ones who were polluting the Earth mainly were those who’ve been benefited by the Industrial Revolutions and development. Then, the speech also highlights the cooperation is needed to face climate changes and founds to combat deforestation, once is not fair for under developing countries to pay this bill themselves. This rises a question: how can international cooperation act to protect nature?
