SUMMARY.
Not all prisoners are guilty. Many at times, innocent people are sentenced to an undeserving punishment depending on the crime committed under the Criminals Act, across the globe. In court, it will be tried on, giving these accused persons the right to innocent until proven guilty. All findings according to witness and expert witnesses, basically is what determines their guilt as evidence.
Evidence is the heart of the law. Without evidence, they shall continue to be on remand. As such, the law sometimes doesn't favor all persons. This determines why "not all culprits are guilty in prison". Evidence is very key and should be treated as such in all matters without massaging it. It’s unfortunate to sometimes have people lie in court just to get the defendant locked up. If this is evil doing, then it must be stopped. To help ourselves, we need to reestablish findings as much as possible to get to the conclusions. This will limit innocent people serving jail terms.
