Studying is a right that every young person has. However, there are situations where certain factors can make the act of studying much more difficult than usual. In this case, this factor at hand is ethnic in nature. Indigenous people from Salta, Argentina, face numerous challenges in studying, learning and obtaining a proper education, compared to other students. How do these differences hinder the resolution of this human right?
