SUMMARY
Early pregnancy is one of the main reasons why teenagers are excluded from school in São Tomé and Príncipe, with quite impressive effects on their academic life, which reduces the girl's opportunity to improve her economic situation in the future. Considering this context, this article will aim to analyze the occurrence of early pregnancy and, consequently, school exclusion. The objective of this investigation will be to identify the profile of adolescents who became pregnant early and understand the causes and reasons that led them to become pregnant and drop out of school, to analyze aspects related to age, education, economic situation, sociodemographic, educational and behavioral profile.
