SUMMARY


In Ghana, a lot of women and men from the North has fled to the South and other parts of the country that has big markets to work as head potters. Head potters in Ghana are mainly refered to as Kayaye or Paa O Paa. Due to better living conditions in the South like working to earn enough money but unfortunately they are not able to afford rent and healthcare, which makes it uncomfortable for them, as some sleeps outside, which puts their life at risk. These described group, have most of them educated and hardworking, but due to the fact that their class of work isn't corporate, thus wearing nice outfits, they hardly receive respect from a lot of people.
