SUMMARY

Health inequity is a major issue in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), where a significant proportion of the population lives in poverty and lacks access to basic healthcare services. Health inequity in the DRC is linked to a range of factors, including poverty, poor governance, inadequate healthcare infrastructure, and social and cultural barriers.

The study recommends a range of interventions, including government investment in healthcare infrastructure, increased access to education and employment opportunities, and community-based initiatives to improve health literacy and promote healthy behaviours. In the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), there is a pressing need for improved healthcare infrastructure and resources to address the significant health inequality that exists. Access to healthcare is a major challenge for many people in the country, particularly those living in rural area or in poverty. This situation calls for urgent action to address these issues and ensure that everyone has access to the healthcare they need. Improved healthcare infrastructure and resources are essential to achieve this goal.
