The global water issue is one of the most pressing challenges of our time. Despite access to clean water being a fundamental human right, approximately one in every nine people worldwide still lacks access to safe drinking water sources. This shortage not only violates basic rights, but also poses severe health risks and limits development opportunities for millions of individuals. Climate change further exacerbates this crisis, as erratic weather patterns, prolonged droughts, and rising sea levels compromise water availability and quality, endangering entire communities and amplifying existing inequalities in access to this vital resource.
