Why the judicial system is different for women in Brazil?

You only need to be a woman in Brazil to see how different everything is: from social education and daily comments to the structure of public institutions. The demands and questions for a woman are completely different from those for men. And there are those who argue that this is right, after all, supposedly the differences between the sexes would require differences considered “normal”. It turns out that, in practice, even this naturalization of values is a tool for the oppression of women and, more than that, for the maintenance of economic and social power for those who have always held it: men. In this scenario, could justice be impartial and immune to this type of society? Is there any way to think about an equal justice system in a society with gender inequality like Brazil? Reflection is invited.
