Heba Sharaf

I am Heba Sharaf, a dedicated professional with extensive experience in business administration, customer care, and telecommunications, currently focusing my efforts on meaningful volunteer work. My career spans over ten years in leadership positions at Vodafone, where I developed my skills in team guidance, process improvement, and delivering outstanding customer service. Currently, as a Student-centered Professor and Adjunct College Instructor, I am deeply passionate about education, research, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. My dedication to making a positive impact is also reflected in my work as a non-scientific writer with the United Nations, where I contribute to the African Youth for Peace and Development initiative. Through this role, I strive to amplify and support the voices of young people in Africa, working towards a more peaceful and prosperous future.
